We collect only what we need to serve you. Specifically:

• Account & order details — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and order history when you place an order or create an account.
• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe returns only a token and the last four digits to our records.
• Communications — email and form submissions you send us, including newsletter sign-ups.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring URL, collected through standard server logs and cookies for site performance and fraud prevention.

3. How we use your information

• To process and ship your orders, handle returns, and provide customer support.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you opt in) marketing email.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• To improve our products, site, and customer experience.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, law-enforcement requests).

Our products and site are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to customer data on a need-to-know basis, and rely on Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor — for payment handling. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

9. Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years afterward to satisfy tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers and posted prominently on the site.
