Returns & Refunds

We craft each fragrance with care and want you to love what arrives at your door. If something is not right, here is how returns work at Pegasé.
At a glance
- Unopened bottles: returnable within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened or used bottles: not returnable (hygiene & safety).
- Damaged in transit: report within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
- Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
1. Return window
You may return any unopened, factory-sealed bottle within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
2. Opened bottles
For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns of opened fragrance bottles. This includes any bottle whose tamper-evident seal or shrink wrap has been removed, even if the fragrance was only sprayed once. If a sample size is available for the scent in question, we recommend trying that first.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and the outer shipping box
- A short description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. We may ask you to return the damaged item using a prepaid label we provide.
4. How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Return Request — [Order #]."
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
- Pack the bottle securely in its original packaging, write the RA number clearly on the outside, and ship via a tracked, insured method of your choice.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you a confirmation and issue the refund.
Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted and will be refused at our facility.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are refundable only when the return is due to our error.
6. Non-returnable items
- Opened or used fragrance bottles
- Sample vials and discovery sets
- Items marked "final sale" or purchased with a promotional discount of 30% or more
- Gift cards
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different scent, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the scent you want.
8. Lost or stolen packages
Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, responsibility passes to the recipient. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please contact the carrier first; we are happy to help you file a claim if needed.
