Every Pegasé fragrance is shipped from our Fresno, California atelier. Here is what to expect once you place an order — from processing to delivery.

- Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, ground only.
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $150.
- International shipping: not currently available.
1. Processing time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM PT are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
2. Domestic shipping (United States)
Fragrance is classified by the U.S. Department of Transportation as a limited-quantity hazardous material due to its alcohol content. For this reason, all Pegasé orders ship via ground service only — we cannot offer overnight, two-day air, or USPS Priority Mail. Our standard carriers are UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.

Transit times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed. Remote ZIP codes may add 1–2 days.
3. International shipping
Pegasé does not currently ship outside the United States. Most international carriers restrict the shipment of alcohol-based fragrances, and customs duties vary widely. We are working on a select international rollout — join our newsletter to be notified when your country becomes available.
4. Tracking your order
When your order ships, we will email a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Allow 24 hours for the first scan to appear after dispatch. If you have an account, you can also view tracking under My Orders.
5. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is dispatched we cannot intercept or reroute it. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded for the product price only; original shipping is non-refundable and re-shipment will require a new shipping charge.
6. Delayed shipments
Weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs occasionally cause delays beyond our control. If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, please email [email protected] and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
7. Lost or stolen packages
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility passes to the recipient. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:
- Check with neighbors and your building's office or mailroom.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely.
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Email us with the claim number and we will assist where possible.
8. Damaged in transit
Open and inspect your package within 48 hours of delivery. If anything arrived broken or leaking, photograph the damage (product and outer box) and email [email protected] the same day. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full claim process.
